Terms and Conditions — Legacy Model BootCamp

These terms govern your participation in Legacy Model BootCamp classes and communications, operated by Legacy Model Management New York LLC ("we," "us") in Brooklyn, NY.
Classes
Weekly BootCamp classes are held in person in Brooklyn, NY. Dates, times, and locations are announced per class and confirmed by email after signup.
Pay-per-class: $35 per class, due before class. Membership: $99/month (founding rate $75 first month), billed monthly.
Dress code: ALL BLACK fitted casting attire + runway heels (gents: comfortable sneakers), unless stated otherwise.
Age: Students must be 18 or older, or attend with a parent/guardian where permitted.
Waiver: Every student must complete the intake form and sign the liability waiver before checking in. No one is admitted without a signed waiver.
Refunds: Class fees are non-refundable. If we cancel a class, you will be credited toward a future class.
Text messaging program
By opting in (for example, checking the SMS consent box on our enrollment page), you agree to receive class confirmations, reminders, and BootCamp updates by text message from Legacy Model BootCamp.

Email communications
Class confirmations, receipts, and BootCamp updates may be sent by email. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior disrupts the class or endangers others, without refund.
Liability
Participation is at your own risk. Our liability waiver, which every student signs before class, sets out the full terms — nothing here overrides it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued participation after changes means you accept them.
